Day 11

Spent much of the day stretching and rolling out. My legs have really been taking a beating with this new regiment. I haven't felt this sore consistently for quite some time now. It really feels good to switch things up. Gonna keep up the intensity of these workouts for the next 2-4 weeks before switching it up to a run-heavy program. Next cycle will be heavy and then start over with the body weight exercises.

Gonna go for a nice long run to try and loosen the legs up. I'll post distance and time later.

  1. Ran 3.01 miles in 25:10 for an average pace of 7:53/mi. Felt good. I was picking up speed and running a 6:27/mi pace the last mile.
